This Privacy Policy explains how DigiDigital Ltd collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with this website only. It applies to visitors, enquirers, job applicants, and contacts who interact with digidigital.org.
In the course of delivering campaign management services, DigiDigital does not ordinarily collect, view, or store the personal data of end users. Our role is to manage advertising budgets and optimise campaigns on behalf of clients — a function that is largely technical and does not require us to access identifiable user data. Where any transient data access occurs (for example, via an API integration), we do not retain or store it. See Section 4 for full details.

DigiDigital does not ordinarily see, receive, or store the personal data of end users in the course of managing advertising campaigns. Our service is focused on budget management, bid optimisation, and campaign performance — functions that operate at the traffic and conversion-signal level, not at the level of individual identifiable user data.
In the normal course of running campaigns (display, native, push, search), DigiDigital works with aggregated performance signals — impressions, clicks, and conversion events. These signals do not carry personal identifiers. End-user data generated by a campaign (browsing behaviour, conversion data) is processed directly between the publisher, the advertising platform, and the client — not by DigiDigital.
In some engagements, DigiDigital may integrate with a client's systems via API — for example to receive real-time conversion data or to sync campaign performance metrics. In these cases, our systems may transiently process data that passes through the integration. We do not store, retain, or log this data beyond what is required to complete the technical operation. It is used solely to feed optimisation signals into the campaign and is not accessible to DigiDigital staff or held in any database.
Where such an API integration involves personal data, the client remains the data controller and DigiDigital acts as a data processor. In those cases, the parties enter into a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) that governs the processing.

DigiDigital is based in Israel. The Israeli Privacy Protection Authority has been recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection for transfers from the EEA.
Where we use service providers based outside Israel or the EEA — including US-based providers such as Google — we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including the use of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved transfer mechanisms, where applicable.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between DigiDigital Ltd and any business or individual ("Client") that engages DigiDigital's services. By signing a proposal, statement of work, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
DigiDigital will provide the Services described in the agreed proposal or statement of work. The scope, objectives, and commercial terms of each engagement are set out in that document, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.
DigiDigital reserves the right to determine the methods, tools, technology, and Publisher Partners used to deliver the Services, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. The Platform remains DigiDigital's proprietary technology and is not made available to the Client under any licence.
DigiDigital does not guarantee any specific level of advertising performance, campaign outcomes, or return on investment. Performance marketing results are inherently variable and depend on market conditions, competition, Creative Assets, and other factors outside DigiDigital's control.
The Client agrees to:
DigiDigital uses tracking technologies — including conversion pixels, tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion APIs — to measure campaign performance and attribute conversions. These technologies are essential to the delivery and billing of the Services.
DigiDigital's tracking data shall be the primary source of record for performance reporting and billing unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Where discrepancies arise between DigiDigital's tracking and third-party tracking systems, the parties agree to work in good faith to identify the cause, but DigiDigital's data will prevail in the absence of demonstrable technical error.
The Client must not tamper with, remove, or circumvent any tracking implementation installed by DigiDigital. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
DigiDigital operates a proprietary network of Publisher and Partner relationships. The Client acknowledges that advertising campaigns may be distributed through this network. The identity of specific Publishers and Partners constitutes DigiDigital's confidential business information and will not be disclosed to the Client.
The Client agrees not to directly contact, engage, or attempt to engage any Publisher or Partner identified through or in connection with DigiDigital's Services for the purpose of bypassing DigiDigital's role as intermediary. This non-circumvention obligation survives for 24 months following termination of the engagement.
DigiDigital is not liable for the acts or omissions of Publisher Partners, including fraudulent traffic, provided that DigiDigital takes commercially reasonable steps to detect and exclude non-human or fraudulent traffic from billing.
Fees are set out in the proposal or statement of work. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) exclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes.
DigiDigital's property: The Platform, all proprietary software, algorithms, methodology, know-how, and any work product developed by DigiDigital independently of the Client remain the sole and exclusive property of DigiDigital.
Client's property: The Client retains ownership of its Creative Assets and any pre-existing intellectual property. The Client grants DigiDigital a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and distribute Creative Assets solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.
Campaign data: Aggregated, anonymised, or de-identified data derived from campaign performance may be used by DigiDigital for internal research, platform improvement, and benchmarking purposes.
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party in connection with the Services ("Confidential Information"), and to use such information only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes public knowledge through no breach of this agreement; (b) was already known to the receiving party; (c) is independently developed; or (d) must be disclosed by law or regulatory requirement.
This confidentiality obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of 3 years.
Each party agrees to comply with all applicable data protection laws in connection with the Services, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981, the GDPR (where applicable), and any other applicable legislation.
Where DigiDigital processes personal data on behalf of the Client in the course of delivering the Services, DigiDigital acts as a data processor and the Client acts as data controller. In such cases, the parties shall enter into a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) which governs such processing and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. A standard DPA is available from DigiDigital upon request.
Each party represents and warrants to the other that: (a) it has full authority to enter into this agreement; (b) this agreement does not conflict with any other obligation; and (c) it will comply with all applicable laws in connection with the performance of its obligations.
The Client additionally represents and warrants that: (a) all Creative Assets are lawful and do not infringe any third-party rights; (b) the products and services advertised are legal in the territories targeted; and (c) the Client has all necessary consents and permissions to collect and use end-user data in connection with its campaigns.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigiDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — even if DigiDigital has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
DigiDigital's total aggregate liability to the Client in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to DigiDigital in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Client shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DigiDigital and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) the Client's Creative Assets, products, or services; (b) the Client's breach of these Terms; (c) the Client's violation of any applicable law; or (d) infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights by the Client's Creative Assets.
These Terms remain in effect for the duration of the engagement as set out in the relevant proposal or statement of work, and thereafter for any continuing obligations.
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing 30 days' written notice. DigiDigital may terminate immediately, without notice, in the event of the Client's material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or insolvency.
Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable. The Client's obligations regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, non-circumvention, and indemnification survive termination.
The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates or implies any employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency between the parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that the parties cannot resolve by good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
